Parmesan Striper Filets
- 1 1/2 lb Striper fillets or Walleye (Small or Large mouth bass)
- 1/4 cup Margarine or butter
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
- 1 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp White wine
- 3 tbsp Grated Parmesan cheese
- Pinch Paprika
- Heat oven to 450f, Cut fish into serving-size pieces
- Place butter (or margarine) in an oven-safe pan, large enough to fit the fish filets. Melt for 5 minutes
- Place fish i dish, sprinkle with salt, pepper
- Bake for 5 minutes then turn over
- Sprinkle with wine and lemon juice
- Top with Parmesan cheese, sprinkle with paprika
- Bake until fish flakes easily at the thickest point
