Parmesan Striper Fillets

Now, it’s time to savor the reward. Forget the same old fish fry – we’re elevating your hard-earned striper with this simple yet decadent Parmesan crust. Get ready for Parmesan Striper Fillets that’ll make those fishing stories even better.

Parmesan Striper Filets

  • 1 1/2 lb Striper fillets or Walleye (Small or Large mouth bass)
  • 1/4 cup Margarine or butter
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp White wine
  • 3 tbsp Grated Parmesan cheese
  • Pinch Paprika
  1. Heat oven to 450f, Cut fish into serving-size pieces
  2. Place butter (or margarine) in an oven-safe pan, large enough to fit the fish filets. Melt for 5 minutes
  3. Place fish i dish, sprinkle with salt, pepper
  4. Bake for 5 minutes then turn over
  5. Sprinkle with wine and lemon juice
  6. Top with Parmesan cheese, sprinkle with paprika
  7. Bake until fish flakes easily at the thickest point
