Ingredients
  

  • 1 - 2 Rabbits
  • 3 c Stock vegetable or chicken
  • 6 Potatoes, chopped
  • 3 Stalks Celery, chopped
  • 3 Carrots, chopped
  • 2 Onions
  • 1 pkg Frozen peas
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Fresh Ground Pepper
  • 1/4 c Flour

Instructions
 

  • Put rabbits in stock, cover, and simmer for 2 hours.
  • Remove rabbit and reserve stock. Remove meat from bones.
  • Sauté potatoes, celery, onions, peas, salt, and pepper in a Dutch oven.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Thicken reserved cooking stock with ¼ cup flour.
  • Add vegetables and meat.
  • Cover and bake for 1 hour or until vegetables are tender.
